Introduction

This product is quaternary ammonium salt polyether block organosilicon lotion. Suitable for smooth finishing of pure cotton, cotton frame fabrics, and silky cotton.

Characteristics

Appearance: Slightly yellow liquid

Ionic: weakly cationic

PH value: 6.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Basic Character

1. Soft to the touch, with a clear smooth texture;

2. No yellowing;

3. There is no phenomenon of traditional silicone oil sticking stick, sticking cylinder, floating oil, or breaking emulsion during the operation process;

4. Green and environmentally friendly additives, free of APEO NPEO, Compliant with GB, European and American ROHS environmental standards.

Application

1. Immersion method

Dosage: 1% -2% of fabric weight (o.w. f) Bath ratio: 1:10

Temperature: 30-40 ℃ Time: 20-30 minutes

2. Immersion rolling method

Dosage 20-80g/L for two dipping and two rolling, 150 x 1.5 minutes for drying
